Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you may do so by contacting our customer care team. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method.
14 Days Product Return Policy
At BIOPODS, we take pride in the quality of our eco-friendly, plant-based laundry pods. However, if you are not satisfied with the product for any genuine reason, we’re here to help. You can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery and claim a refund, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Terms & Conditions for Return/Refund:
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer care team at the details provided below.

You may choose to return part or the full order.

You are required to send the product(s) back to us at your own convenience.

Once the returned product is received by us, it will be inspected by our team.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product in proper condition.

There are zero shipping charges applied on returns.

This return policy is only valid for products returned within 14 days of delivery.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the same account/card used during the transaction.
How long will the return process take?
Once your return request is registered with our customer care team, the complete return and refund process may take up to 21 business days.
What are the payment methods for Order Cancellation/Return/Refund?

There are zero hidden charges involved in cancellations, returns, or refunds.
In case of a refund, how many days will it take?
Once the returned product reaches us and is approved for refund after inspection, the refund will be processed within 21 business days to the applicable account or payment method.
Product Replacement Policy
If you received an incorrect product, variant, or damaged pod pack, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a replacement, email us at care@usebiopods.com and attach relevant photos or videos of the issue.
Terms & Conditions for Replacement:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and invoice.

The seal of the product must remain intact and unopened.

Your replacement will be dispatched only after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection.

Replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

Replacements will only be issued if the product returned is in unused, resalable condition.
Is there any processing fee for replacements or returns?
If you have received a wrong product, variant, or experienced an issue eligible under our 14-day return/replacement policy, no processing fee will be charged.
Note: Refunds or replacements are not applicable for international orders or for deliveries made outside India.
